Check-in & Access
In order to be able to train with us 24/7 outside of childcare hours, we need to register you once in the system.
To do this, you must visit us once in person during the supervision times and do the following in advance:
1. download the MySportsApp (app icon = white, dotted heart on a blue background)
2. register yourself.
3. connect to the GET FIT studio in Cologne. When you are at the point where you can specify how you would like to connect to the studio, come to our studio during the support times, check in as usual with the Hansefit app and we will store your data.
You can then connect to the studio in the MySports app by email. There you will also find your QR code to check in with us 24/7.
