🦵 Lymphatic Massage
Lymphatic massage can support lymphatic flow and is often used to relieve heavy legs, aid recovery after exercise, and provide support during a diet or for cellulite.

❄️ Cryospot – 3-Minute Localized Cold Therapy
The Cryospot specifically cools individual areas of the body and is often used to help with inflammation, swelling, bruises, muscle tension, or after physical exertion.
