We offer a no-frills gym that focuses entirely on what matters most: your free and flexible workout, 365 days a year. We don’t offer a premium concept and have deliberately chosen not to have on-site staff or showers. Instead, you’ll train on 420 square meters of space—completely independently, efficiently, and flexibly.

Fully equipped: Everything you need for your strength, free-weight, and cardio training.
Simple instructions via the app: Many machines are numbered and labeled with QR codes. Just scan the code to watch a video demonstration of the exercise. You can also use pre-made workout plans through the fit app.
Important to know: Please arrive already dressed in your workout clothes and bring clean workout shoes for the gym floor, as we don’t have showers on site.
