I am Antje from aenny flow / YOGA & KLANG and from May I will be offering ENDOYOGA and Yin & Klang on Wednesdays in the rooms of YOMA im Viertel.
17:00 - 18:00 ENDOYOGA (yoga for endometriosis, adenomyosis or menstrual cycle problems) and for all women who want a gentle yoga practice and more body awareness. (free of charge)

18:15 - 19:30 Yin & Sound (additional payment of 5€), this is a combination of Yin Yoga accompanied by my singing bowls. In Yin Yoga, the positions are held for longer, which leads to a deep relaxation of your muscles, which is intensified by the vibrations and sounds of the singing bowls. Just the thing for a relaxing evening after work.
