You can expect a mix of functional training, free weights and selected equipment - combined with influences from yoga, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and modern training concepts. This is complemented by various course formats and outdoor training.
Our space is deliberately designed differently: warm, woody and like a private gym upstairs - clean, white and with large-format art downstairs.
With us, you don't train anonymously, but become part of a community. Personal, relaxed, a little nerdy - but always with high standards.
