For over 25 years, Bodymed has stood for a scientifically sound, medically supervised nutritional concept - with a focus on sustainable weight loss, metabolic optimization and, in particular, liver health.

A central component is the temporary modified formula diet (meal replacement program), supplemented by targeted nutritional training and an accompanying change in behaviour.
The 3 PHASES of the concept:
1st START PHASE (relief & changeover)
Start with liver fasting according to Dr. Worm® over two weeks. With Hepafast® as a meal replacement, supplemented by vegetable meals. Aim: to mobilize the fat in the liver and thus improve insulin sensitivity. Start weight reduction,
change metabolism.
2nd REDUCTION PHASE (change of diet)
Meal replacement with Sanafit Premium including permanent integration of balanced meals according to the principle of the "LOGI method" (Low Glycemic and Insulinemic Diet). Goal: stabilization of weight loss, promotion of insulin sensitivity.
3rd MAINTENANCE PHASE (long-term maintenance)
Sustainable integration of the new habits into everyday life with regular body analysis, training and motivation.
