Here, you won’t be working out anonymously amid crowds and endless rows of equipment, but rather in small groups with personalized coaching and a community that motivates one another.
Our focus is on modern strength & and conditioning training that makes you stronger, fitter, and more resilient in everyday life—whether you’re just starting out, want to get back into it after a long break, or simply want to train in a healthier way.

We train with high-quality equipment from Rogue Fitness, ATX, Titanium Strength, and Concept2. Our coaches—Benni, Lisa, and Kai—don’t just make sure you break a sweat—they focus above all on ensuring you move properly, train safely, and make long-term progress.

Hansefit members can use our Coaching Floor as well as select classes such as Strong Move (cross-training), Strong Balance (mobility x strength training), and Strong Mums (modern training for moms).
