In our lovingly furnished three yoga rooms, the yoga school offers the ideal atmosphere for recharging, strengthening and relaxing from everyday life. Experienced and well-trained yoga teachers guide you through the yoga exercises in yoga classes in a fixed group and in open classes in which you can participate. Conveniently located at Eigelsteintor in Cologne (near Ebertplatz, Hansaring and the main train station).

Every week on Monday morning, we publish the schedule of open classes for the week on our website. You can come without registering and check in at the reception via the Hansefit stand. Reception opens 30 minutes before the yoga class starts.
