THIS exercise practice is primarily based on self-activity and therefore the focus during the practice with the physical exercises is on consciously dealing with the content and organization of the exercises. The knowledge gained can be directly integrated and applied in life.
A basic course is aimed at people who are interested in getting to know yoga, are looking to get started again or are coming from another yoga discipline. You will learn various basic yoga postures (asanas) and free breathing exercises. In addition, we use the exercises to explore mental and spiritual laws that can be directly transferred and applied to life.
An advanced course is suitable for those who have already attended a basic course or for newcomers with experience from other yoga disciplines. The exercises already learned are deepened, further variations are added and one or two advanced asanas are practiced. The class is expanded to include key health issues and the study of various spiritual topics in relation to yoga and development in general.
In general, this exercise practice provides better elasticity in the spine and suppleness in the musculoskeletal system. It also promotes free, healthy breathing, allowing you to "breathe deeply" once again. The activity with the exercises has a strengthening, invigorating and relieving effect on the cardiovascular system and leads overall to more calm and centering in the heart and our center. Both the metabolic processes and the immune system are particularly stimulated. The consciously guided and rhythmic movement sequences create the best possible order and calming, as well as strengthening the nervous system and the best possible mental stability.
