Important information regarding the cashback process:
Hansefit members pay the admission fee for the 2-hour thermal bath rate (up to a maximum of €10.00) on-site.
Please then send the receipt to cashback@hansefit.de, including the following details:
Member ID, first and last name, bank details/IBAN, and employer's name.
Reimbursements are generally processed once a month, starting on the 20th.
Only receipts for single visits are eligible for reimbursement; 10-visit passes, annual passes, or longer-duration passes are excluded.
Please ensure you submit your receipt within 3 months.
Unfortunately, receipts submitted after this deadline cannot be processed for reimbursement.
