Description
After my active sports career, which led me to the national swimming squad, I completed the German Olympic Sports Confederation's trainer training with an A license. Through my studies in human medicine and later in journalism and moderation, I laid the foundation for my current work as a sports physician, personal trainer and lecturer.
I work mainly in a practice in Hamburg and with private individuals, companies, studios and medical facilities in Hamburg, northern Germany and Stockholm.

An additional payment of 45.00 euros is due for half an hour of personal training. For a

It is possible to cancel and reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance. Within the last 24 hours or in the event of a no-show, the entire appointment price will be invoiced and is due immediately.
