Description
Sound massage - a moment just for you
In my sound massage, you can fully arrive and let go. Specially developed singing bowls are placed on and around your clothed body and gently struck. The subtle vibrations spread throughout your body, releasing tension and guiding your nervous system into deep, soothing relaxation.
I hold a protected, quiet space for you in which you don't have to do anything. You can simply be, let yourself be carried by the sounds and vibrations and reconnect with yourself. The sound massage has a regenerating, balancing effect and can gently release physical and mental blockages.
You don't need to bring anything except warm, comfortable, button- and zipper-free clothing.
You can leave everything else behind for this moment.
What you can expect:
- Deep relaxation and inner peace
- Tensions are gently released
- Support for your self-healing powers
- A feeling of balance and security
Important note:
For special issues, such as epilepsy, the use of psychotropic drugs, pacemakers and pregnancy, prior consultation with the attending physician is required. For other topics: please ask me.
Duration: 60 minutes of pure sound massage (pre- and post-talk)
Where: In the SteinReich (massage room), Am Dobben 78, 28203 Bremen
Appointments always on Tuesdays in the SteinReich, bookable via my homepage: www.aennyflow.de or by arrangement on other days by e-mail: info@aennyflow.de
