Important information about the cash-back procedure:
At Aqua Fit Schortens, only the ‘2-hour swimming ticket’ or the ‘2-hour sauna & swimming ticket’ can be submitted by the Hansefit member via cash back.
The Hansefit member pays for the short ticket on site and then submits the receipt with the following data to cashback@hansefit.de.
Membership ID, first and last name, bank details/IBAN and name of employer.
Tickets are usually refunded once a month from the 20th
Only single tickets will be refunded, no 10 or annual tickets or longer time units!
Please note that the receipt must be submitted within 3 months.
Unfortunately, receipts submitted too late can no longer be considered for reimbursement.
