The times listed are staff hours, and you can use the service without any issues even without an upgrade.
Upgrade hours (5 euros per month, including unlimited mineral water) are Mon–Fri from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Sat–Sun and holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
