At Meineke Dance Academy, the focus is not on perfection or competition, but on the joy of dance, personal expression and individual development. We want to inspire people of all ages to discover their passion for dance and build a deeper connection to movement - because dance accompanies us throughout our lives.
Our Academy in Schmieheim is a vibrant place for dance, creativity and community. Around 300 students train with us in an appreciative and motivating atmosphere - regardless of age, background or level of experience.
With a dedicated team of experienced dance teachers and guest lecturers, we offer a wide range of classes for children, young people and adults. We are particularly proud of our "Silver Swans" ballet group, whose participants dance well into old age, strengthening body, mind and soul.
Live - Learn - Dance
In addition to dance classes, we also offer yoga, yoga day retreats and pre- and postnatal courses to provide people with holistic guidance and support.
We also organize creative dance and English day camps for children, where movement, language, creativity and community are playfully combined.
Our Academy has two modern dance studios (approx. 120 m² and 90 m²) with professional sprung floors and high-quality dance carpeting from Harlequin Floors - easy on the joints and ideal for healthy training.
The rooms can also be hired for workshops, courses and events.
