Description
EMS training (electrical muscle stimulation) is a modern, time-efficient whole-body workout. The muscles are additionally stimulated by electrical impulses during simple exercises, which also intensively activates deep muscle groups.
Strengthening: Builds and strengthens muscles and improves posture by activating many muscle groups simultaneously.
Stamina: boosting metabolism, blood circulation and general fitness through intensive training sessions.
Body-Relax / Relaxation: Relaxation of the muscles and stress reduction through special EMS programs for regeneration.
The training usually only lasts around 20 minutes per session, but can achieve similar effects to longer conventional workouts due to the high intensity.

Hansefit members can train from 11:00 - 14:00 inclusive.
Outside this time an additional payment of 10,00 € has to be made.
Members can subscribe to the online booking tool for €25. This is
