We offer you a wide range of modern Milon training equipment, including the strength-endurance circuit, back circuit, figure & toning circuit and cardio circuit. These are controlled by chip cards and always adjust individually to the user. A training that is gentle on the joints, safe and targeted for every age and condition. Additional safety is provided by pulse-controlled training with Polar. Our "functional stations" for free training, the large Dr. Wolff fascia & stretching circuit as well as the extensive balance & coordination circuit round off our equipment training. Are you interested in classes? Whether yoga, Pilates, jumping or back fitness - you will find the right course for you. With variety, motivation, fun and professional guidance you will reach your goal. We also offer various courses that are sponsored by health insurance companies (prevention §20).

All exercisers must pay a one-off fee of 59.90 euros for the studio's own chest strap.
Exercisers without a Hansefit training voucher pay 69 euros for training.
At the same time, the member receives a free card for the devices, as these are customised for the person.
