Our cold chamber (-110°) has many benefits: It promotes recovery after exercise, enhances performance before exercise or, for example, a competition, and reduces pain, whether due to injury or other medical conditions such as rheumatism, osteoarthritis, etc. The cold has a skin-tightening effect (women especially love the anti-cellulite effect). It strengthens the immune system, improves well-being, and offers many other benefits. To use it, you enter a pre-cooled chamber in your underwear (to achieve the ideal effect, the temperature must be below minus 100 degrees) and remain there for two to three minutes. It sounds challenging, but it isn’t, and the results are spectacular.
The Cryo Spot is a localized cold therapy treatment in which a specific area of the body is cooled using a cold jet with a temperature of up to -150°.
