At the Hirschaid Training Center, you’ll train under supervision and follow a modular program—which means you decide which areas to focus on in your training.
Would you like to relieve pain in our Fascia World, improve your posture and flexibility on our Five machines, or enhance your visual-cognitive-motor skills on our Skillcourt? In Hirschaid, you also have the opportunity to strengthen your muscles on the Milon circuit or in the open training area.
