SIMA Pilates is a modern boutique studio offering mat Pilates, barre, and classical ballet. The workouts combine effective movement with mindfulness.
They help you achieve lasting improvements in strength, stability, flexibility, and body awareness.In a personalized and motivating atmosphere, both beginners and advanced students are guided on their journey toward greater well-being and balance in everyday life.
Information for Hansefit members:
* Group classes: Participation in select mat Pilates classes is available.
* Identification: Suitable classes are clearly marked in the class schedule.
* Booking: Reserve spots conveniently through the booking system.
* Important note regarding your first booking: After a successful booking, you will always receive a booking confirmation via email. Please also check under “My Bookings and Orders” to see if your class is listed there. Only then is your spot officially reserved. If you do not receive a booking confirmation or the class does not appear there, please make the booking again.
* What to bring: Please bring your own towel to every class.
* Cancellation: If you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking via your MomoYoga account at least 24 hours before the class starts. Otherwise, a no-show fee of €12 will apply.
