Important information about the cash-back procedure:
Hansefit members pay the day pool admission on site.
Please send the receipt to cashback@hansefit.de with the following details: first name, surname, date of birth, name of employer and bank details.
Entrance fees are usually reimbursed once a month from the 20th day.
Only single receipts will be refunded, no 10 or annual tickets or longer time units!
Please note that the receipt must be submitted within 3 months.
Unfortunately, receipts submitted too late cannot be considered for reimbursement.
