To ensure you can take full advantage of our gym, please note the following important information regarding registration and use of our services:

Access to classes is only available through our "MySports" app
To participate in our classes, you’ll need access to the “MySports” app. To activate your account, please email the following information to the appropriate contact person at your location:

Information required for registration:
-First and last name
-Date of birth
-Phone number
-Email address

Once your account has been activated, you can register in the app and sign up for your desired classes 24 hours before they start.

Important information regarding on-site use:
🔒 Lockers:
You’ll need your own padlock for the lockers. If you don’t have one, you can borrow a lock from the service desk for a deposit.

💆‍♀️ Services included for Hansefit members:
-Workouts on all equipment
-Classes
-Powerplate

❌ Additional services not included:
-Tanning bed
-Sauna and wellness area
-Medijet massage (only in Tammerfeld and Besigheim)
-Childcare (only at PURE Ludwigsburg)
-Training support (trainer appointments, Milon circuit instruction, body analyses)

You can book these additional services directly with us on-site. Just ask at the service desk!
