Staff hours:
Monday - Friday: 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
SA, Sundays and public holidays: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Hansefit users can train with us at SMARTGYM at any time during our staff hours. Just drop by the SMARTGYM and scan the QR code at our counter in the entrance area. After scanning the QR code, you will receive a loan card from our staff on site so that you can lock your valuables in the lockers in our changing rooms during your workout.

If you would like to train at SMARTGYM outside of our staff hours as a Hansefit user, you are welcome to purchase an access medium during our staff hours for a fee of €20.00. After purchasing the access medium, we also need your personal Hansefit ID so that we can permanently activate the access medium for you and you can also complete your training like a SMARTGYM member outside of staff hours.
