Description
Hello and welcome to - Im Einklang -
your private practice for speech therapy, yoga and dentosophy!
In my practice, I take a holistic approach and combine the knowledge of different disciplines. I come from the medical perspective of speech therapy and specialize in the treatment of voice disorders and neurological impairments.
Yoga gave me a holistic view of the human being and I became aware of the connection between the body, the mind and our thoughts. Most illnesses are caused by stress. I therefore invite you to find deep relaxation in my Yin Yoga course or in my Breathe Free course. Yin Yoga influences the deep connective tissue structures in your body via the meridians. The Breathwork course cleanses your energy body, improves your breathing and calms your mind.
With Dentosophy, I was able to improve my own neck pain caused by teeth grinding. This method combines the medical and holistic view of the human being. With the help of a special functional splint and targeted exercises for the tongue, breathing and jaw, Dentosophy has an effect far beyond the oral cavity. It can reduce teeth grinding, jaw pressure, morning dry mouth and headaches and supports free nasal breathing, better posture and more restful sleep - an important basis for training and regeneration in everyday life. This method is suitable for young and old and includes relaxing cranio balancing in my practice. Dentotherapy also supports my speech therapy work, such as for pronunciation disorders or infantile swallowing patterns.
Please contact me if you are interested.
