BalanceSuite Regenstauf

Your 24 minutes of deep relaxation in Regenstauf

We encounter stress everywhere - at work, in everyday family life, between appointments and commitments.
Sometimes we don't even realize how much our body and mind react to constant tension: We are tired, unfocused or simply exhausted.

With the new deep relaxation lounger, you can create a moment that belongs just to you - in the BalanceSuite Regenstauf!
24 minutes of complete peace and quiet, accompanied by gentle vibrations, calming music and soothing warmth.
This combination of vibration, sound and warmth can help to reduce stress, relax muscles and calm the autonomic nervous system.

Simply lie down. Let go. Recharge your batteries.

For Hansefit members, one application costs one login - no additional payment required.
