Before you begin your independent & flexible training with us, we’ll take the time to work with you individually, create your training plan, and show you how to use our equipment. Of course, we can also create a training plan that doesn’t involve the use of equipment—tailored to your needs. To do so, please contact us in advance by phone or email to schedule an initial appointment for a training orientation. Thank you very much!
