Here you can expect a versatile yoga practice that brings body and mind into balance. I teach in small groups with a personal atmosphere - with space for movement, breathing, relaxation and conscious moments just for you.

Depending on the format of the yoga class, the practice is flowing and challenging, calm and regenerative or also builds on the basics.
My approach is holistic: yoga as a path to more stability, energy and inner clarity - supported by natural impulses from holistic health work (e.g. with essential oils or micronutrients).

My yoga classes at a glance:
- Dynamic Flow (Monday, 19:00): powerful vinyasa flow with a focus on alignment, breath and energy
- Harmony Flow (Friday, 19:00): flowing and calming session at the end of the week.

The following yoga classes are currently paused
- Essential Flow (Wednesday, 19:00): stabilizing practice for beginners and those returning to yoga
- Sunrise Flow (1-2× per month, Saturday morning): an activating flow in the morning - clear, rhythmic and full of energy for a conscious start to the weekend

Who is yoga suitable for?
For anyone who is curious about a practice that is challenging but also nourishing. Whether you are just starting out or have been practicing for a while - you are very welcome.
