Description
mm sportmedizin is a practice that offers medical training, health and fitness courses as well as treatment and advice on health issues. Nordic walking courses are currently taking place at the Ober-Ramstadt location.
We walk in groups of different levels in the beautiful surroundings of Modau - so there is a suitable course for everyone.
The courses are booked in advance as fixed courses of ten. There are two financing models:
Either via Hansefit or via your own statutory health insurance.
If you attend regularly (at least eight out of ten appointments), the health insurance company pays a large part of the course fee.
We can look together to see which model is most worthwhile for you.
