Effective, safe training with our concepts milon® strength-endurance circuit, Flexx® muscle length training, X-SAM® vibration training, plus over 37 courses a week, large endurance areas, back center, family fitness studio for over 30 years.
On request, training instruction by a trainer in our premium circuits (milon, Flexx, X-SAM):
