We offer modern Reformer Pilates classes in a personal and high-quality atmosphere. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to strengthen your fundamentals, our NEWBIE and BASE classes are the perfect fit for you. FLOW is our advanced class and is designed for those with solid Reformer Pilates experience.
We also offer self-training sessions. These are exclusively for individuals who already have Reformer Pilates experience and can safely train independently on the equipment.
As a HanseFit member, you benefit from exclusive terms. Self-training is available free of charge. For Reformer Pilates classes with an instructor, there is an additional fee of €5.00 per session.
