(Starting September 15, 2026) A series of classes focused on the back and everything related to it. This is the right class for you if you want to understand how your muscle groups work together; we don’t just work on the back in isolation, but consciously involve the whole body. It will definitely get challenging at times, but relaxation will naturally follow as well.
