Check-In process
Please note the following on site for your FIRST VISIT:
First check in via the Hansefit app. Then show the check-in confirmation in the app to the staff at reception. You will then receive your personal check-in medium (card/wristband). You then scan this at the scanner to gain admission. Have fun training!
Important for Hansefit users:
Hansefit users must come by before their first check-in during supervised hours (9:00 am - 8:00 pm) so that their chip can be set up. It is not possible to check in for the first time outside these times.
For EVERY FUTURE VISIT:
Always check in to your Hansefit app first to activate your card/wristband. Then hold it against the scanner at the turnstile to gain access.
Special feature for Hansefit users:
Due to the system, Hansefit users can only check in at the turnstile once per visit. A second check-in is not possible. However, during supervised times (9:00 - 20:00) our trainers can let you in again manually. Outside of these times, a second entry is not possible.

The check-in only works in this order! If you have any difficulties or questions, please contact the studio staff on site or the Hansefit support team in the Hansefit app.
