Toyto Sports & Social Club (Racket/Padel)

You can play padel at the Toyto Club with Hansefit. To work with your company fitness provider, please proceed as follows:

1. fill out the following form once before your first booking: https://tally.so/r/A7xRaW
2. we will then assign your Playtomic profile to the provider. The e-mail you use for Playtomic must be the same as the one you use for your company fitness provider.
3. book your court via Playtomic (https://playtomic.com/clubs/toyto-sports-social-club) and pay for the court once (or your share).
4. don't forget to check in at the counter in the Toyto Club before the game. We can only refund your share to your wallet in the Playtomic app once you have successfully checked in.
5. you can then use the Wallet credit to quickly and easily book a court or your share of a court in Toyto again later.

Important:
1. the check-in is only valid for your personal share and for one hour of playing time - even if you have booked 90 or 120 minutes. You must be registered as a player and pay for your share individually using the split payment option (payment method: separate). If you pay for the entire court as a company fitness user (payment method: one-off), you will still only be reimbursed for your own share. If several company fitness users are playing, each player must be registered separately and pay their own share via split payment (payment method: separate).
2. a refund will only be made if you have actually played or checked in on site.
3. you can see credited amounts in Playtomic under payment methods or when making a booking in the "Payment" step.

On public holidays we are usually open from 08:00 - 22:00.
