Description
We offer sports in the park in the fresh air for all moms- and dads. Whether only in the future (Ganz-Schön-Schwanger), with a small drop in the stroller (KiWa course) or more challenging for mothers with older children - who can then already stay at home :) (WOMEN'S POWER). This course is for ALL women, so being a mom is not a prerequisite ;) We want to move and be physically prepared for all outrages. A reward in the (mama) everyday life, a time out with exchange. In (almost) any weather, we meet outside and release the endorphins to let the little ones rule the day again with a smile (and maybe some sore muscles)."

Registration for the courses is required in advance at the first visit
