We want to support you in calming down and recharging your batteries, creating inner resilience, self-empowerment and transformation. Through various movement and healing methods - from inspired yoga, barre, Pilates, breathing and meditation classes, to dance, creativity and sound - we invite you to experience something new in every session.
At NUMI we also have a special offer that is specifically geared towards pregnant women, moms, babies, kids & teens.
Our beautiful, light-flooded studios are located on Ickstattstraße in the Glockenbachviertel and on Zenettiplatz in the Schlachthofviertel.
We also offer courses at the following locations: Somos - Center for Holistic Therapy in Sendling, Geburtshaus Pasing, Hebammenpraxis Bauchgefühl, Geburtshaus Westend. Please note this when booking your course.

Please book your desired lesson via our timetable or directly via Eversports and select the "Hansefit ticket" at check-out.
Check-in via QR code is required for on-site check-in at the studio.
