The Nest is your studio in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen for good yoga, Pilates and sound bath. Your feel-good place for everyone and the topics of pregnancy, postnatal care, baby & Me and much more.

Please bring your own yoga mat if possible and be there at least 7 minutes before the start.
