HOT BADELAND – Sauna

At HOT BADELAND, you can find relaxation and tranquility in the sauna all year round. The sauna complex features a variety of cabins, enjoyed by both seasoned sauna-goers and newcomers alike. Those new to the experience are welcome to seek guidance from the sauna attendant, who also hosts hourly *Aufguss* (sauna infusion) sessions—ranging from classic to themed, immersive experiences. In addition to a Finnish sauna, an aroma sauna, a *Sanarium* (bio-sauna), and a steam bath, the facility includes a cold-plunge pool and a dedicated relaxation room. A cozy little sauna bar provides the perfect setting for a quiet chat over a refreshing drink. Outdoors, the sauna garden—nestled in a natural, green landscape—welcomes guests with a mix of sunny and shaded relaxation areas; visitors can explore the "path of the senses" or simply unwind on the available lounge chairs and swings.
