You can discover courses such as Zumba, spinning or back fit and use our wellness area with sauna. For optimal training, we offer cardio equipment as well as machines and racks for strength training and bodybuilding.
An outdoor training area offers the perfect change for a workout in spring or summer.
Our gym in Zellingen offers a large parking lot, which we have equipped with new e-charging stations for our members.
You will also find a few parking spaces at the entrance to the 24/7 area.
With our new extension, The Gym 24/7, we have created an area that functions as its own small studio and is open for you 24 hours a day. You can use The Gym 24/7 independently of the Premium Fitness Studio in Zellingen.
Here, too, you can enjoy a complete training experience with cardio and strength equipment for all muscle groups.
