Our training area is available to you flexibly - simply drop by at any time and check in conveniently using the QR code.
If you would like to take advantage of Hansefit's training instruction, please give us a call so that we can find a suitable date together.
However, it is important to register for courses in advance, as places are limited and participation without registration may not be possible
Please bring an appropriate towel for your workout/sauna that completely covers the equipment, wooden benches or mats in the classes. We provide mats on site.
You should also bring a water bottle. We offer mineral drinks and water on site.
If you would like to use our sauna, please observe the applicable sauna rules. Failure to do so may result in a ban from the studio.
Our studio will be closed on the following holidays:

Easter Sunday
Pentecost Sunday
On all other holidays, we'll be here for you from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
