I am a sports scientist (M.A.), lecturer at the IST University and licensed personal trainer with a focus on strength training, mobility and healthy performance.
My approach combines scientifically based training with clear goal work and routines suitable for everyday use - for private individuals as well as for companies as part of BGM measures.
With me, you don't get standard plans, but individual strategies that really suit you, your everyday life and your performance level. Whether weight loss, muscle building, performance enhancement or stress management - we take a holistic approach to health and focus on sustainable changes rather than short-term solutions.
I work with you at your home, online, outdoors or in the gym (John Reed Hannover).

- 8 training sessions per month (60 minutes each)
