Here’s how booking works for members:

1. Registration & one-time visibility
Courts can only be reserved through the Playtomic app.
Please register there once and search for the Lotte Tennis Hall.

Then book a court at least three days in advance and cancel the booking afterward. This will register you in the system and make you visible to us.

2. Send Your Member ID
So that we can activate your Epassi membership, please email us your member ID.

3. Discount in the App
As soon as we have you on file, the Epassi discount will automatically appear in the app.
From that point on, all you need to do during each visit is check in at the facility.

4. Scan the QR code
Please scan the Epassi QR code at the door, on the wall, or inside the facility every time you visit. You must remain logged in to the Epassi app for at least 45 minutes.

If the QR code is not scanned twice in a row, we reserve the right to temporarily deactivate your Epassi membership link.

Important:
Your share of the reserved space is free for the first hour with Epassi.

Please note: If you forget your login information a second time, your registered Epassi membership will be removed from our system.
