Med. Training Bergedorfer Tor
is located on the 3rd floor of the Bergedorfer Tor physical therapy practice.
(Entrance = > between the pharmacy and Stolle)
Here, you’ll train on state-of-the-art, medically certified equipment from Technogym.
You’ll also have the opportunity to use the Biocircuit for circuit training.
At the start of your training, our on-site physical therapists will conduct a detailed assessment, including an analysis of your body composition, goal-setting, and more.
Next, the equipment is electronically adjusted to ensure the perfect seating position, and the range of motion in your joints and your maximum strength are measured.
Based on this information, we’ll create a training plan perfectly tailored to you! (A great full-body workout is possible in just 25 minutes.)
