Description
The FCC offers a wide range of modern strength and cardio equipment for guests of the State Sports School as well as for guests from the region - whether treadmills, ergometers, stair climbers, rowing machines, weight stations and a free weights area - everything you need is on site. The focus is of course on fitness and muscle building, but also on strengthening the cardiovascular system. A free water refill station, healthy snacks and fitness drinks are available at the bar counter to accompany your workout.
The FCC also has a modern access control system. A visit is possible with a personal transponder during opening hours. Day guests receive the access chip for their training session at the reception of the Saxony-Anhalt State Sports School. The training times at the FCC are partly supervised by trainers, but can also be used independently.
