"Das Polezimmer" is more than just a studio - it's a home. A place where everyone can feel comfortable, regardless of age, gender, body shape or training level. Here, sporting challenge meets security, passion meets diversity and movement meets community.
Our aim is to unite the diversity of pole sports in one space: from sensual to athletic, from powerful to playful - in an atmosphere reminiscent of a cozy living room.
Our studio - your feel-good place with a living room feel
Come in and feel at home! Our lovingly designed studio offers around 60 square meters of space where you can move freely, try out new things and simply be yourself. With 6 high-quality poles and a warm, cozy atmosphere, our space invites you to discover strength, elegance and joie de vivre - without any pressure to perform.
Whether you are just starting out or already have experience:
What counts here is not the pressure to perform, but the feeling of moving, growing and having fun.
Our memberships - flexible & fair In our studio, you can choose between a 1x per week or 2x per week membership.
Which course you attend is entirely up to you (please note the level description).
For example, you can flexibly choose between Pole Flow, Pole Tricks and other offers.
If you are unable to attend, your lesson will not be forfeited:
You can flexibly make up these collected lessons within the current month
- easily and without stress.
So you remain flexible and don't lose a paid lesson.
Age regulation for our courses
The following rules apply so that everyone can train in the right group:
From the age of 17: All regular courses can be booked. 6-16 years: Only book our kids and teens courses. At this age, only the kids' rates apply. In this way, we ensure that each age group trains in a suitable training environment and receives optimal supervision.
