Our ProActive EMS studio is located in the heart of Gerresheim and offers personalized, highly efficient training in a friendly atmosphere. Using state-of-the-art EMS technology, individual support, and customized training plans, we help you achieve your fitness goals in just 20 minutes per week – whether it's building muscle, strengthening your back, or increasing your energy levels in everyday life.
Additional information
The first training session is free of charge. After that, a fee of €14.90 is charged per training session.
