We are a family and small gym (the first in Amberg) - and for over 40 years with a passion for fitness training there for you.

Our main focus is you and your care as well as advice. We take care of everyone who needs our support - and not only after an appointment to be "arranged" next week.

In addition to our training offer, we offer our members personal training or nutritional counseling.

The classic fitness bar for a cozy get-together and regular outdoor events are of course also part of it.
