Modern Yoga in the Countryside!
Because we love the countryside, life in the countryside, “in the village,” in small towns and communities. And we love yoga. Real yoga, modern yoga—and we also enjoy workshops, meditation sessions, or a yoga masterclass from time to time.
We’re just like the people who live in the countryside: down-to-earth, yet open-minded and curious. We don’t need incense or the latest yoga outfit (complete with a matching mat). We don’t need to contort ourselves or tuck our toes into our ears, nor do we sit in the lotus position for hours on end or wait for enlightenment.
