Ilse Physical Therapy was founded in 2022 with a clear vision: to provide patients with the highest standard of care while creating a work environment where every employee feels comfortable and can thrive.
As a young business owner, the well-being of my employees is just as important to me as that of our patients. Fair pay, flexibility, and above all, a great work environment aren’t just empty promises—they’re part of our everyday reality.
In 2024, we took a major step forward: moving into our custom-built facility, which we share with my father’s dental practice. A family-oriented health center where patients and staff alike feel at home.
