I'm Jenni, 47 years old, a full-time nurse in a psychiatric ward, a part-time aqua fitness instructor and a Pilates instructor with heart and soul.
I completed my training as a Pilates instructor at Polestar Pilates Europe in Cologne in 2023 and since then I have been teaching courses that could hardly be more different:
from people with mental illnesses to people who want to keep fit and stay healthy to people in the field of rehabilitation sports.
