Hansefit-Mitglieder melden sich vor ihrem ersten Besuch per Mail an die Studio-Mailadresse mit folgenden Daten: Name, Vorname, Hansefit-Mitglieds-ID (Sichtbar in der App unter Profil), Mailadresse, Adresse. Im Anschluss erhältst du deinen Fitomat-Zugang. Vor Ort scannst du dann bitte immer den Hansefit-QR-Code und den Fitomat Code.

Check-in & Access
To train with us, please first send us an e-mail with your Hansefit membership number/ID, your first and last name and your telephone number so that we can contact you if necessary.
As soon as we have set everything up for you, you will receive a confirmation email. You can then start training with us.
Next step - studio access:
Please download the FITOMAT app and register there.
When you are standing in front of the entrance door, proceed as follows:
First scan your Hansefit QR code.
Then open the FITOMAT app and call up the QR code under "Studio access".
Hold your smartphone with the QR code approx. 30 cm in front of the QR reader next to the entrance door to open it.
